Good afternoon,

We will continue our offseason workouts this week with strength training Tuesday from 3:30pm - 4:30pm at the CAHS campus. This will continue every Tuesday until Tuesday, May 21st. This is open to current and future basketball players, or student who believes they may want to tryout next season.

If the student is still attending another school, even middle school, he may NOT attend these workouts.

We are moving towards adding a team into the summer league. I am still gathering a roster of players who will be available and able to play. If any player is interested, please be sure to contact me at the soonest.

Skills training will begin at a later date.
