All players must have all their paperwork turned in and be cleared before they will be allowed to tryout.
Below is our tryout schedule:
Tuesday 2/18: Range day for all new players at 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm @ Woods Valley Golf Course
Wednesday 2/19: Retuning players and Invites 3:30 pm - Dark @ Woods Valley Golf Course
Thursday 2/20: Retuning players and Invites 3:30 pm - Dark @ Woods Valley Golf Course
Range Tryout: All student-athletes who were not part of the team last year will participate in the driving range tryout. Golfers will be evaluated on over-all swing, consistency, accuracy with a variety of clubs and distances, chipping, and putting. Selected players will be asked to come out for a nine-hole tryout on Wednesday.
For all Tryouts:
-Please be respectful of our course.
-Come dressed appropriately in golf attire.
-Shirts tucked in
-Hats facing forward
-No cargo shorts or jeans
-Parents/Galleries ARE NOT PERMITTED on the course.
