Hey everyone!

Coach Josiah Cruz here with a few updates.

1.  If you haven't heard, I'm taking over the program this year and I'm excited for what our season has in store for all of us!

2.  Speaking of the upcoming season, I know that families like to plan for vacations around Spring Break and a myriad of other things so I've posted the season schedule for varsity; please know that I expect to add a few more matches in the coming days.  However, I do not plan on having any tournaments over Spring Break!

3.  If you are looking for the JV or Frosh schedule you won't find it just yet!  I am still communicating with other schools to see if they have underclassmen squads.  When I know, you'll know and I hope to have the underclassmen schedules (tentative) up by the end of the week.

4.  Last, but not least:  Girl's volleyball season is in playoffs!  I'll be taking some time off from volleyball following the conclusion of their season...I'm thinking about a week.  Once I'm back, we will be kicking off our pre-season training and conditioning program; all those dates will be posted in the Caiman Sports App.
