Hey Team!
I'm super excited to start off our preseason training sessions this week because many of you have been asking about them. So here is the plan for this week and don't forget to use the link below to sign-up:
Tuesday, 11/19: 2 mile run @ 315p sharp (~30 minutes)
Thursday, 11/21: 2 mile run @ 315p sharp (~30 minutes)
Saturday, 11/23: 2 mile run @ 900a (~30 minutes)
Make sure to wear good running shoes (Rain or Shine!!!!). Make sure to bring a water bottle for after our run; you can carry it with you on the run if you desire. There will be no Volleyball Education Classes or Strength/Agility Sessions this week; we plan on starting those after Thanksgiving break.
Please note that all training/education/conditioning sessions prior to tryouts are 100% optional.
Drink plenty of water and stay off the sweets (that includes soda)!
