Good morning,
We will start our offseason workouts with strength trainin starting tomorrow, Tuesday from 3:30pm - 4:30pm at the CAHS campus. We will continue this training every Tuesday until Tuesday, May 21st. This is open to current and future basketball players, or student who believes they may want to tryout next season.
If the student is still attending another school, even middle school, he may NOT attend these workouts.
Skills training and entry into a summer league will be added at a later date.
