Please read ALL of this information. I just recieved a message from the AD at San Pasqual. We need to be above reproach on all of this, lets represent the team and our school well. I will also attach the meet program here.
"First and foremost, our turf area is caution-taped off and no one, aside from the folks running the timing system, is allowed on the area that would normally be covered by turf. Any athlete that enters that area will be DQ'd from the meet - we had to beg and make a lot of promises to still be able to run track while they're working on the turf, this was the biggest one.
The second concession we had to make was that no one will be on the visitor side of the stadium. All spectators and athletes not currently participating will be on the home side or on our upper field.
As you'll see on the attached image, your teams will enter from our main parking lot (yellow circle) and walk towards our stadium as normal, but the main entrance is locked up - that's where the construction company is staging.
Everyone attending will make a left turn at the end of our PE building (follow the arrows) and enter our stadium behind our snackbar (blue circle).
Restrooms will be open at the snackbar and the staging area for all races will be on the flat, asphalt area right before the track entrance (green square).
Warm-up area for all athletes will be on our upperfield (purple square) outside of the area roped off for discus and shot put.
The triple, long and high jumps all take place on the south end of our track. Athletes competing in those events can access those areas from the stairs on the south end of the home bleachers.
Lastly, if your teams arrive before our school dismissal we'll of course allow them on campus. But, we won't allow spectators on campus until after 3:30."
Please call me if you have any issues or need anything at all.
Thank You,
PJ Musselman
